Infelizmente ainda não consegui reproduzir o erro para o poder corrigir. Seria possível deixares a mensagem completa que aparece por baixo dessa primeira parte?

Sim, não consigo iniciar as conversações.
Sei que tenho recebido algumas pois tenho o cursor a piscar, mas não consigo aceder a elas, pois dá-me sempre esse erro.
